Like most organizations that have nearly reached the two-decade milestone, the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers realized they were in need of a more forward-looking brand strategy.
When we met with the team, their top priority was telling a more cohesive story about the work that represents their collective driving passion as they look to the future: elevating the health of patients facing complex medical and social challenges, sharing knowledge with communities across the nation, and using the experiences of their clinical team and patients to transform healthcare cost and delivery at the policy level.
Armed with their existing style guides and key insights gathered through a thorough discovery process, we refreshed their current identity to feel more visually unified and developed a clearer hierarchy of the organization's sub-brands. We also created a suite of collateral materials that include publication and PowerPoint templates, stationery, and business cards, as well as a basic style guide to assist them with ongoing direction on the use of logo variations, colors, and fonts.
We applied the identity to a new website using a customized WordPress theme, whose highlights include a streamlined aesthetic, restructured menus, and reorganized content that leverages compelling storytelling, key data points, and eye-catching imagery to communicate the different facets of the Camden Coalition’s work.
The newly intuitive navigation provides a seamless user experience for both first-time and returning visitors that include healthcare providers, local/regional partners, funders, policymakers, academics, and local community members, who can now more easily locate the organization’s programs, resources, and affiliated websites.
