Digital Insurance Services was ready to evolve from a low-visibility, early-stage insurtech provider into a credible, high-growth market leader. With powerful AI-driven platforms already in place, the challenge wasn’t capability — it was perception, clarity, and market positioning.
DIS had spent years developing proprietary platforms that increase the speed and accuracy of auto insurance claims investigations by drawing data from multiple sources, including next-generation vehicle video footage. They needed a brand and digital experience that reflected the transformative potential of these offerings, while clearly differentiating themselves from a crowded field of competitors.

Standing at the 10-year mark in business, DIS was preparing to transition out of “stealth mode” and claim a standout market position, but several challenges were standing in their way:

Bolder Market Category Positioning
We reframed the narrative from DIS being “another insurance technology provider” to position them as a company that is redefining how insurance decisions are made through next-generation AI tools and two core differentiators: absolute accuracy and absolute immediacy of results.
This shift guided every creative and strategic decision moving forward.
Building Trust and Wow Factor
Working closely with the client’s key stakeholder team, we refreshed the DIS color palette, updated their visual system and typography choices, and created a more confident, future-forward overall aesthetic that better communicates:
- Precision and intelligence
- Speed and responsiveness
- Trust and professionalism
The goal of our DIS identity study evolution was to sharpen what works and elevate what matters. Inspired by the claim status indicator in their platform UX and the process of bringing claims to closure, we refined the spacing, typography, and color in their legacy mark. The chosen identity (bottom right) introduces bolder hues, softer angles, and a cleaner silhouette while remaining legible, flexible, and built to perform seamlessly at any size or touchpoint.
Renaming for Clarity & Impact
To better communicate DIS’s product architecture and innovation, our team developed new names for their two primary platforms and created an integrated and refreshed visual identity system that supports scalability and storytelling.
This gave their offerings more structure — and made it easier for prospects to quickly understand what the platforms do and what value they provide.
Spurring Users to Act
Working under an aggressive timeline, we leveraged the new visual design strategy to design and launch a high-impact minimum viable WordPress website that communicates value quickly and clearly, reinforces trust for tech-savvy insurance industry audiences, and elevates the overall look and feel to match stakeholder expectations.
We also infused bolder, more differentiated messaging while refining the UX to better guide users to solutions and drive leads quickly and easily right from the homepage.
Setting the Table for Scalable Sales Success
To support the client’s immediate business development needs, we created dynamic sales assets and tools. Designed as living, adaptable documents and resources that can be easily customized for different audiences and opportunities and leveraged to reinforce the brand’s authority and clarity in sales pitches.
While this engagement established the groundwork for long-term growth, it’s just the beginning.
